Studio Roosegaarde has revealed their latest body of work. They created an extraordinary bike path in Nuenen, Netherlands that glows beautifully in the dark.
It was inspired by the painter Vincent van Gogh who lived in Nuenen from 1883 to 1885.
The bike path is a kilometer-long.
Special glow in the dark paint & LED’s were both used.
The paint charges during the daylight.
The LED”s are powered by a nearby solar array.
How awesome is this?
I would love to ride my bike down this awesome path one day. If you think it's cool too, then SHARE this with your friends. Just click on the blue button below.
